Kari and Celia chance upon a new girl, Val, in the gym locker room. Val, who struggles with an eating disorder, is initially hesitant to chat and open up to her new friends, but as soon as she does, the three girls learn about a whole bunch of exciting things they have in common, including Dr. Nav, Philomena's Hex and the true ingredients for an ideal dance party.
