All Ground packages are shipped via UPS SurePost; your local post office will complete the delivery. Ground packages do not come with a commitment date for delivery.

All expedited packages are shipped via UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Tri-state area:    UPS Ground (general): 2-3 business days

·        3 Day Select: 3rd business day

·        2nd Day Air: 2nd business day

·        Next Day Air: Following business day

Transit time may be extended due to: Incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.

·       International flat rate fees: Canada $15. Puerto Rico $10. Anywhere else $20 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.
