Sesame Street to Expand Commitment to the Autism Community

After seeing the huge success of their Sesame Street and Autism: See Amazing in All Children initiative launched last year, Sesame Street has decided to expand their commitment to children with autism and their families by not only adding more digital content to the platform, but by introducing Julia, the Muppet with autism, in the broadcasted show. On March 20th, Sesame Street announced that Julia, who was introduced last year in digital form, will come to life in a set of live action segments and will make her television debut on April 10th on a worldwide premiere including HBO and PBS Kids in the United States, Cartoonito in the UK, ABC in Australia and Televisa in Mexico.
